In Service Industry, successful business has some common traits.
Those traits are “They Are Efficient, Fast, Affordable and Customer Oriented Services”.
To make this happen, you can do:
1. Systemize every thing in your business.
Make regulations for all things: acceptable and unacceptable behavior, all routine task, how to handle certain condition, meetings, monitoring, responsibility line, schedule, and customer input.
Use computer to make Database, Sales, Purchasing, and Stock Management.
2. Train your staff.
Tell them about your business. It’s Vision, Mission, and Culture. How to do their job and expected outcomes. Use personality profile to understand their self and other people. Train them how to handle customer and what to do when some customer complaint.
3. Develop good Communication and Team Work.
Develop your communication channel, either it through email or just yelling across the room. Make common goals, that will fire them up and make sure its get done. Build a social gathering among your team member.
4. Good Reward and Punishment scheme
Make sure they know their job’s KPI (Key Performance Index). Link their bonuses to those KPI’s. Include customer satisfaction into it and give them certain level of authority to solve customer problems. Reward them not only with monetary, but also a token of appreciation and words of praise.
Train your underperformer team member (who don’t accomplish their KPI’s well). If it doesn’t work, make sure they leave the “Bus”. They have a better place out there than here with you.
Good Luck Friends…
Hope good results in your business.
God Speed…

Why good people don’t get rich?
Because you have to be a “Great” people before you get rich. ^_^
Here’s a list of some reasons why many people don’t get rich:
= Wrong believes about money and wealth
= Didn’t make a goal to be rich
= Make unspecific and unclear goals
= Considering his (her) goal as ‘impossible to achieve’
= Feel that you don’t have to be rich
= Don’t have a proven strategy
= Didn’t know the least resistance path to wealth
= Don’t have a SMART plan
= Didn’t act according to plan
= Didn’t do monitoring and adjustment
= Put responsibility to some one else
= Give up easily
= Didn’t manage life as a business that have to make value and profit
= Influenced greatly by other people opinion
= Don’t have a credible Mentor
Take time to muse over these points.
May be you’ll find something that can help you accelerate your wealth.
Happy musing….

4 Ways Continue
Business is the oldest way to make wealth.
Almost every known wealthy man have a great business.
Business has the most leverage than the other type of wealth builder.
Other people time, other people money, other people expertise, even other people product.
As long as you can do good marketing and systemizing your business, I think you can be okay in running a business.
But this is may be the hardest way. There are lots of thing to master
And often time you have to give all your effort and time to make business your business working. It’s like raising a child. Until it can work for him self, you must nurture him until he grows strong enough.
Property on the other hand, is like having a marriage. You stick with it for quite some time. This way also gives a good leverage. You can place a small amount of money to control a larger value of property. When it value rise you enjoy all its increase. But this one also needs some capital to start, people management, and it’s not easy to cash out. Just be considerate to whom you married.
Stock is like having a date. You like it, you stick with it for a while, after its increase its value, you can enjoy nice profit. But this is a very volatile thing. You must watch it very closely…
I no good in predicting market direction. So I like to combine it with option, so they can give me monthly income plus downside protection. It’s quite good.
Last but not least is internet. I heard a lot of new millionaire come from this way…
With a very low budget, you can set up your own shop. But it’s like opening a shop at the middle of the dessert. No body knows you exist, so there must be an effort to make your self know. Much leverage also offered by internet. You can use system to make your “store” running 24 hours. Usually, this is a one man show.
One way is enough to make you rich beyond your wildest dreams. But why don’t we combine these ways to make money faster.
Example…
First you start a business. You make it strong and grow bigger. Then you buy a property and land as an investment and make more money. Then you go public and sell IPO. You also use internet as your marketing campaign and customer service…
There are many ways to combine. But make sure you choose something that you like and you passion about….
Have a great day….

4 great ways to wealth
As you may already know, there is a way for every purpose.
If you want to be a doctor, you must enter medical school first.
If you want to be a lawyer, you must enter law school.
What If you want to be a wealthy man???
^_^
There many ways to be rich.
You can rob a bank, but you know what will happen.
You can marry a wealthy person, but I don’t like to be despised (even though not all rich people do that).
You can use black magic too, but you have to trade it with your soul (it called “persugihan”)
You can also work at a company, hopefully a big multinational company, and climb the career’s ladder. At the top, you can earn much money, and be wealthy man. While this is not a bad option, you can do it a lot faster, if you want to.
This four proven way for the get rich (just ask the wealthy man).
I. Build a Business
II. Buy Property
III. Trading Stock
IV. Make a Website.
Each way has its own rule. Each one has an advantage and disadvantage.
I will write about it on another post.
Important notes: you can choose only one way, or you may decide to take few ways. Either way you choose, be sure you like what you do and have a great passion about it.
You know it won’t be easy, but it can be fun and very rewarding.
Have a great life. ^_^

True satisfaction
Today I saw a TV program about one of the richest man in the world and known for his great wisdom. It was told how he builds great work and also his love story.
His name is King Solomon…
It is amazing to know what kind of things that a man can build in his own life time.
But it made me sad to hear about the end of his life.
His kingdom is great, but it split after his death.
Have many wife and concubine, but live lonely at his palace.
One true love, yet separated by great distance.
So much wisdom and wealth, but feel unsatisfied at his old age.
How can a great man like this feel so lonely and unsatisfied?
May be the answer is not lies within greatness or wealth.
But our relationship with the source
God we worship and we adore.
My God in Jesus Christ.

REAL WEALTH
The term “Wealth” is usually used to describe the quantity of a person possession.
A person with lots of private asset called wealthy….
But for me, wealth has broader meaning…
You see a rich person but their marriage destroyed.
You see wonderful person but they lack of health.
You see a strong young man but don’t have any money.
And you don’t want any of this choices.
You want it all…
Rich, happy marriage, children who respect you, liked by many people, good health, strong body, good thought, peace, and all the good things you can thing of.
For me, Wealthy = Happy + Healthy + RICH…
So… Be happy, be healthy, and be rich as you can.
HAVE A GREAT AND WEALTHY LIFE…

What is Wealth?
“WEALTH” come from the old English word "weal", which means "well-being" or "welfare". This term originally describe the possession of such qualities.
Now days “wealth” means an abundance of items that has economic value, or the state of controlling or possessing such items, including money, real estate and personal property.
The label of wealth is relative and not only varies between societies, but will often vary between different sections or regions in the same society. For example, a personal net worth of US $1,000,000 in most parts of the United States Midwest would certainly place a person among the wealthiest citizens, yet the same net wealth would be considered quite modest on New York City's Upper East Side or in the Connecticut suburbs. However, such amounts would constitute extraordinary wealth in impoverished developing countries.
So individual consider as wealth if he have more assets than his society.
No limit
There are no limit to wealth. Wealth is abundant. There is room for people to gain wealth without taking from others, and wealth is not a zero-sum game in the long term. Many things can affect the creation and destruction of wealth including size of the work force, production efficiency, available resource endowments, availability of capital, but most important factor are inventions and innovations.
For example: Energy now day lies heavily on oil from mining. It predicted to run out in near future. Oil price went crazy in the past few years. But before it really run out, scientist already discover another alternative energy. Energy that come from sun, wind, and even water, which we know it will never run out. Scientist can even make oil from plants.
However, at any given point in time, there is a limited amount of wealth which exists. That is to say, it is fixed in the short term. People who study short term issues see wealth as a zero sum game and concentrate on the distribution of wealth, whereas people who study long term issues see wealth as a non-zero sum game and concentrate on wealth creation.
One's attitude towards this issue affects the design of the social or economic system that one prefers.
Another definition
Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad) said, wealth is a measurement of time. It is how long you can continue to live your lifestyle when you cease working. For instance if you have an expense of $2,000 a month and $4,000 in the bank and you have no other forms of income, then you have a wealth measurement of 2 months.
But if you are able to have other forms of income, which don’t require trading time for money, to a point where they exceed your monthly expense, then you will effectively reach infinite wealth. This called PASSIVE INCOME or residual income. And if you think wealth is a game, then your goal is to have passive income more than your monthly expense.
This is the FINANCIAL FREEDOM.
Hope you all achieve it, and have a GREAT LIFE !!!
